These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") apply to your use of this website and products provided by Widow Appalachia Media LLC, based in Atlanta, GA, United States ("Company").

Sales:
Limited-edition fine art photography prints are sold twice a year, in June and December. Prints are numbered (serialized) and include a certificate of authenticity hand signed by Chasen Rivard. During the semi-annual sale, both timed release pieces, where the edition is determined by the number of pieces sold, and limited edition pieces with quantities predetermined before the sale begins will be available. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Shipping/ Delivery/ Return Policy:
Customer must ensure payment for purchases, provide accurate shipping and billing info, and monitor payment methods. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped. Contact for inquiries.
Intellectual Property:
The website and products are owned by Widow Appalachia Media LLC. You agree not to unlawfully use or distribute Company-owned content.
Acceptable Use:
Use the website and products lawfully and responsibly.
Affiliate Marketing & Advertising:

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights.
No Agency: No agency or partnership is created.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for unforeseen events.
Electronic Communications: Email communication is permitted.
